You may have an old villa with quite a steep pitch that has a corrugated iron roof. It could have bad flaky paint, rust or it may be coloursteel that has lost it’s luster. Either way Roof Painters can bring that old roof back to new again! We have a great system for treating rust on metal roofs and once the rust is gone we can resurface your roof back to new again with maybe a fresh new colour or restore the existing colour.

Tray Roof (Brownbuilt™) Commercial Painting

Typically we come across this type of roof on commercial buildings but we do see it on residential homes as well. It is galvanised steel with or without a factory coating. We usually find that a good pressure wash is needed especially into the corners of the tray where water sits and moss and lichen grow. Once the roof is clean we then apply the need coats to bring the finish back. We typically use a lot more paint due to the tray design.
